The Corporate Secrets Quest in Escape from Tarkov is given by trader Sergey Arsenyevich Samoylov aka Mechanic. It is an exploration quest that follows the Farming Part 3 quest and this particular task requires players to go to the Lighthouse location in the game. The Mechanic asks the players to extract particular data and hand it over to him and upon successfully completing the task, the trader rewards you. Corporate Secrets Quest Guide
When you meet trader Mechanic, he says, “Did it ever occur to you that we are living in unique times? As if any secret can easily be revealed, the camera obscura will open up, all you need to do is put in some effort … Let me explain, my friend. You have already poked around corporate territories, laboratories, offices, and all else. Those places have already been looted to the ground. But do you know where there still might be something interesting?”
Following this, the Mechanic says there are more things to loot in the offices of the wastewater treatment plant. He adds, “Yes, that facility was also under TerraGroup. What do I want to find? [The] fact is, I don’t even know myself yet. To begin with, let’s try to find out what exactly TerraGroup was doing there.”
The players are warned that there is unusually high activity in the area and that someone could be guarding the territory against prying eyes.
The objectives of the Corporate Secrets quest are as follows:
Find the data on water pump operation
Hand over the extracted data
Find the data on pumping station operation
Hand over the extracted data

Note that these items can be found only when the quest is active. The item is transferred to your quest item inventory when you pick it up.
To get access to the two documents, players are required to go to two different buildings at the water treatment plant area to the north of the Lighthouse location in Escape from Tarkov.
