The top 16 teams qualified for the Grand Finale of the PUBG New State Pro Series after the Challenger Finale on January 27 concluded. With 90 points earned across eight games, Team S8UL has emerged as the Challenger phase’s top performer. They shocked their opponents with strong performances, and they’ll attempt to duplicate such feats in subsequent encounters.
The event’s last phase is scheduled to begin today, January 28, and end on January 29. One team will be crowned the winner tomorrow night.
The Grand Finale will start airing in Hindi at 5 p.m. IST on the Nodwin Gaming and ESL India YouTube and Facebook feeds. In the following round, these 16 teams will face off in 12 matches for the trophy:
- Team S8UL
- Wanted Gaming
- Big Brother Esports
- Team Insane
- Reckoning Esports
- Deadrow
- Team GodLike
- Global Esports
- Team XO
- Team Tamilas
- NexGen
- Chemin Esports

Over the next two days, spectators will witness a tense match between 16 teams. One crore in total prize money will be divided among the competitors in a tournament. The winning team will receive 21 lakh rupees, while the runner-up, third-place team, and fourth-place team will each receive 15, 12, and 8.8 lakh rupees. The Challenger Finale gave $80K to each of the eight squads that were unable to advance to the final round.
In the previous round, Wanted Gaming astounded spectators with their incredible display of talent, beating off several seasoned teams to take second place. In the Challenger Finale, Big Brother and Insane both performed admirably.
The PUBG New State Mobile Challenger phase saw GodLike perform the best. However, they lost their rhythm on Day 2, and they ended up taking sixth place in the previous round.
The event thus far has produced only fair results for Team XO. But by placing well in the upcoming Grand Finale, the organisation hopes to round off its campaign successfully.
The PUBG New State competition has eliminated the 17th to 24th-ranked teams from the Challenger Finale. Famous teams including Gods Reign, Revenant, and Udog India were unable to qualify for the final round. Due to a razor-thin three-point difference, FS Esports and The World of Battle, who placed 17th and 18th respectively in the previous round, were eliminated from the Grand Finale.
