According to rumours, Kartik Aaryan has hired Shahid Kapoor’s Juhu house. The actor will pay 7.5 lakh rupees in rent each month for the apartment that overlooks the water. Up until this year, Shahid, Mira Rajput, and their kids resided in the structure.
In Juhu, Mumbai, Kartik Aaryan will reside at Shahid Kapoor’s home. Shahid has a flat in the Praneta building on Juhu Tara Road, which the actor has rented. He resided there along with his wife Mira Rajput, their children Zain and Misha Kapoor, and other family members up until last year when they moved into a posh new duplex in Mumbai’s Worli neighbourhood. The penthouse apartment with a view of the ocean is bathed in neutral hues, lush vegetation, and provides some of the greatest views of the city.
According to a report in the Hindustan Times, Kartik Aaryan would pay a monthly rent of 7.5 lakh in the first 12 months, 8.02 lakh in the second year, and 8.58 lakh in the third year. The actor has put down a security deposit of 45 lakh. On January 12, 2023, the stamp duty and registration for the 36-month lease transaction were completed. According to paperwork discovered through zapkey.com, Shahid’s wife Mira Kapoor arranged the deal on the actor’s behalf with Kartik Aaryan’s mother, Mala Tiwari.
Shahid Kapoor and Mira often uploaded family photographs and videos shot in their Juhu home showcasing various regions before relocating to their new house in Worli. According to sources, Shahid and Mira paid 55.60 crore for their 8,625 square foot duplex in the south wing of Three Sixty West in Prabhadevi in July 2018 and moved in around September of that same year. Kartik Aaryan, meanwhile, reportedly paid 1.60 crore in 2019 for a Versova flat where he stayed in before renting Shahid’s Juhu residence.
