Iyer, who endmost performed for Republic of India in opposition to Australia in March, needed to go through a surgical procedure for a again shock that used to be troubling him for a life.
“I never imagined I’ll be playing in the Asia Cup. The recovery was slow and steady. I passed the fitness test one week before selection, and I was really happy with that,” stated Iyer life speaking to the reliable broadcaster sooner than the beginning of the fit in Kandy, Sri Lanka.
