On Tuesday, Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra tied the knot in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. Many of their friends from the entertainment industry wished them well on Instagram. Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput, who hails from Delhi and settled down in Mumbai after marriage, teased Kiara about how she is now married into a family from Delhi.
Mira and Shahid had attended the wedding at Suryagarh Palace in Jaisalmer, and returned to Mumbai on Tuesday evening. They took to their Instagram Stories and Twitter accounts to express their congratulations for Mr. and Mrs. Malhotra, who wed in a royal wedding in Sawai Madhopur in 2021. Vicky Kaushal, who also attended that wedding, wished them on his Instagram account, writing “Rab dher saari khushiyaan bakshe (may God shower you with lots of happiness). May life together be full of eternal bliss!” In addition, he wrote in comments section of Kiara’s wedding post:
Congratulations Sidharth and Kiara! We wish you all the love in the world on your journey ahead. Katrina Kaif, Mira Rajput and Vicky Kaushal all took to Instagram Stories to wish the newlywed couple well. In her own Instagram Stories, Katrina wrote “congratulations” in response to Sidharth’s wedding post, as well as a more general “all the love to you both” message. So sweet!
Congratulations are in order for Sidharth and Kiara! Kangana Ranaut took to Sidharth’s post to write, “Bahut bahut badhai (many many congratulations).” She also congratulated Kiara on her page. Upasana Konidela, wife of actor Ram Charan, wrote on Kiara’s page, “Congratulations, this is so beautiful. Sorry we couldn’t be there, lots of love to both of you.” Preity Zinta wrote, “Congratulations to both of you on your new journey together as husband & wife. You guys look So GOOD together.”
Many people took to their Instagram Stories to wish Sidharth and Kiara well. Arjun Kapoor wrote, “Congratulations to this stunning couple. Wishing both of you a lifetime of happiness.” Shraddha Kapoor wrote, “Rab ne bana di jodi. Here’s to forever.”
Kriti Sanon also wrote, “Congratulations you two. Wishing you both a beautiful new chapter together.” Ananya Panday wrote, “Cuties!!! Finally. So much love. Here’s to infinity and beyond.”
