Harnaaz has been named Miss Universe in 2022, following the reigns of Sushmita Sen (1994) and Lara Dutta (2000). Harnaaz attracted attention with her black gown, which included images of Sushmita and Lara, the Indian Miss Universe winners who won the title in victorious moments.
In an emotional post on her social media, Harnaaz reflected on her experience as Miss Universe. She also gave the two “amazing women” from India particular praise. “It’s my utmost honour and appreciation to represent my great nation at Miss Universe,” she said as the description for the photo. I can’t express my gratitude to @officialsaishashinde and her team enough for designing my dream gown for my final walk as Miss Universe in reign!
