In Shehzada, Kartik Aaryan admits he was hesitant to smack Paresh Rawal: “Kheench ke maarna,” he said.

Rohit Dhawan is the director of Shehzada. Ala Vaikunthapurramloo, a 2020 Telugu film with Allu Arjun playing the lead, received an official Hindi adaptation. The movie Shehzada is scheduled for release on February 10, 2023. It also features Kriti Sanon, Manisha Koirala, Ronit Roy, and Sachin Khedekar in addition to Kartik and Paresh Rawal.

Kartik was quoted by ETimes as adding, “Even I was apprehensive,” in reference to the event’s slapping scene. The scene was made more bearable thanks to Paresh ji. How to perform had me stumped. We don’t actually slap each other, but the way it was filmed gave the impression that I had. Galti se kabhi bhi lag sakta hai, nevertheless. However, co-stars must have faith in one another. Or perhaps, the time is good. He also has great comic timing.

Kartik continued by relating what Paresh Rawal had said to him prior to filming the scenario. He said that the veteran actor had responded, “Tu tension mat lena.” Hench ke maarna “Film ke mood mein jaana” (Don’t be alarmed, but strike me hard and get me in the movie mood). In the movie, Paresh Rawal plays the part of Kartik’s on-screen father.

Kartik begins the Shehzada teaser by urging viewers to act rather than merely have conversations about family. He kills criminals in a variety of places, including next to a factory, a port, and a basketball court. Kartik’s other, less macho side emerges after, in contrast to his personality, when he only engages in food consumption. When his “baba” (father), Paresh Rawal, asks him in a scene if he wants to be a lawyer or a bouncer, Kartik responds, “Dono (both).” Kartik wants nothing more than to live the life of a “Shehzada (royal)” once he learns that his real father is the wealthy and powerful Randeep.
