Beyonce is a legend in the music industry, and her album is eagerly awaited by her followers. She finally performed a full-length concert in Dubai after five long years, but this wasn’t your average performance—not that it ever is—because only those who had been invited were fortunate enough to be there. But are you aware of the price Queen B set?
On Saturday, the performance was held at the Atlantis Royal Hotel, a renowned luxury resort. Previously, a video of the singer practising at the said hotel went viral. Even though Queen Bey’s voice was only in the background, it generated a lot of excitement.
Pinkvilla claims that the Single Ladies singer charged a staggering $24 million, or around Rs 195 crores in Indian rupees. And the value of her complimentary one-night stay at the resort is $100,000, or around Rs 81 lakh. “We really have our Royal Residence inhabited today by Beyonce; it is the most costly and, we believe, also the largest mansion in the world,” the resort’s managing director and vice president to the Arabian Business stated. The 11,000 square foot suite costs $100,000 a night to rent.
Farhan Akhtar, Shibani Dandekar, Farha Khan, Manish Malhotra, and Gauri Khan were just a few of the Bollywood stars that were sighted visiting the resort before Beyonce’s performance. Even a video of her from the event night was posted by the Om Shanti Om director.
Prior to Beyonce’s event, even American models Kendall Jenner, Jay Z, and Liam Payne of One Direction were photographed visiting the resort. Suhana Khan, the daughter of Shah Rukh Khan, and Shanaya Kapoor, a close friend of Suhana, were seen with Jenner at a party. It was the official launch of the hotel Atlantis The Royal on the Palm Jumeirah, according to an article in the Hindustan Times.
Despite a rigorous no photography or videography prohibition from the event’s organisers, a number of films and images were published on social media, impressing Beyonce’s admirers all over the world. She didn’t perform live since far back in 2018.
