Esme Bianco, 40, claimed that Marilyn Manson, an American shock rock singer, had abused and raped her while they were dating in 2011. The sexual assault case has been resolved, according to Female First UK. Marilyn Manson has been accused of sexual abuse by more than a dozen women.
Marilyn allegedly took control of her whole life, refusing to let her eat or sleep without his consent, and breaking California’s statutes against human trafficking by keeping her imprisoned in a bedroom in his West Hollywood residence to prevent her from escaping.
The two have reportedly negotiated an unspecified out-of-court settlement on the charges, according to “Female First UK.” Esme’s attorney Jay Ellwanger told Rolling Stone: “Ms Bianco has agreed to resolve her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc in order to move on with her life and career.” Marilyn’s lawyer Howard King concurred, saying: “Ms Bianco has agreed to resolve her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc.”
Esme was the first woman to accuse Manson in court, and according to her complaint, “Mr. Warner repeatedly utilised narcotics, coercion, and threats of assault to coerce sexual activities from Ms. Bianco.” “Ms. Bianco was raped by Mr. Warner in or around May 2011,” she claimed.
Mailyn has consistently denied allegations of abuse through his attorney, Mr. King, including the allegations in Esm’s lawsuit. The lawsuit also claimed that his alleged abuse included “spanking, biting, cutting, and whipping Ms Bianco’s buttocks, breasts, and genitals for Mr. Warner’s sexual gratification – all without the consent of Plaintiff.”
